Take-Two: Solid Holiday Season and Record Year Ahead Thanks to Mafia, GTA 6 and Borderlands
The calendar year 2025 will be an "inflection point" for Take-Two Interactive. Grand Theft Auto VI is still scheduled for fall 2025, not to forget Mafia: The Old Country and Borderlands 4. The last holiday season was also more than solid.
Take-Two Interactive has delivered 'solid results' for the holiday season, October to December 2024. Net bookings of $1.37 billion (+3%; €1.32 billion) were in line with guidance. NBA 2K 25 was more successful than expected and helped to offset the moderate performance of some mobile franchises. The largest contributors to net bookings were NBA 2K25, Grand Theft Auto Online and Grand Theft Auto V, Toon Blast, Match Factory!, the hyper-casual mobile portfolio, Empires & Puzzles, Red Dead Redemption 2 and Red Dead Online, Words With Friends and Toy Blast.
