Private Division Portfolio Reportedly Finds New Owner
According to a media report, the Private Division portfolio has found new owners in private equity firm Haveli Investments and former Annapurna Interactive employees.

Take-Two Interactive announced in November 2024 that it had sold Private Division and its portfolio, but didn't disclose the buyer. According to a Bloomberg media report via VGC, the buyer was the US private equity firm Haveli Investments. Haveli plans to launch a new company with former employees of game publisher Annapurna Interactive. Last summer, the entire Annapurna Interactive team, led by president Nathan Gary, resigned after spin-off talks with the company's owners failed (GamesMarkt reported).
