HoYoLove e.V. has joined forces with the ADFC Berlin and other partners to raise awareness about the visibility of cyclists in traffic. The event 'Ride with Mavuika' will take place on 12 January.

On Sunday 12 January 2025, fans of Genshin Impact and other HoYoverse games will gather in Berlin to take part in workshops on reflective cycling gear and safety, as well as a bike tour of the city. HoYoLove is partnering with ADFC Berlin, Lemmo, Reflective Berlin, Figuya and J-Store for the event. Participants can pick up their 'Winter Glow Invitations' at the stores before the event. These contain an invitation, themed reflectors and reflective stickers, as well as helpful instructions for safe cycling from the ADFC. The event starts at 12 noon at the Lemmo Hub on Alexanderplatz. The group will then take a ride through Berlin to Tempelhofer Feld. The event will end with the "Winter Glow Party".

The Ride with Mavuika event is organised by HoYoLove, an ACG (Animation, Comics and Games) community of fans of games such as Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail and Zenless Zone Zero. Together, they organise fan meetings and events at conventions like DoKomi. "Ride with Mavuika" is the first event they have organised independently of a convention. The company behind the games, HoYoverse aka Cognosphere, is apparently not involved in the event.
