The Apex Legends Global Series is coming to Germany for the first time, with the second split taking place in Mannheim at the SAP Arena directly after gamescom 2024.

Electronic Arts and Respawn Entertainment will bring the Apex Legends Global Series (ALGS) to Germany. The playoffs, in which teams from around the world will compete for a total of one million dollars in prize money and the playoff trophy, will take place from 29 August to 1 September in Mannheim at the SAP Arena. The ALGS Split 2 playoffs will be the first professional esports event to be held in the arena.
