After a successful first 24 hours, [Emergo Entertainment](/company/emergo-entertainment) looks back positively on yesterday’s [Steam launch](https://store.steampowered.com/app/1722700/Fireside/) of their game “Fireside”, which has been [supported by the German Federal games fund](https://www.gamesmarkt.de/business/bmwk-foerdert-16-gamesprojekte-mit-fast-sechs-millionen-euro-cb89fd9926d40994efdd2b011982a608) and is published by Nordcurrent Labs from Vilnius.

“We have cracked the 10k wishlist mark”, says Paul Redetzky, Founder and CEO of Emergo, in an answer to GamesMarkt. The initial batch of 43 reviews on Steam, all of them positive, is also worth mentioning, as the game currently stands on a 100 per cent positive user rating. “The people who play the game really seem to like it - including the international press”, Redetzky elaborates, pointing especially towards pop culture review site [Kakuchopurei](https://www.kakuchopurei.com/2024/06/fireside-game-review-kkp/) who positively reviewed “Fireside”.

Redetzky also expects that the biggest success is still before them – with the Switch release of “Fireside”, which is planned for 18 June.
