Capcom Launches Street Fighter League Pro Europe 2024
Publisher Capcom has announced that the Street Fighter League Pro Europe 2024 European Team Championship will begin on 15 November 2024. Six teams from Europe and neighbouring regions will compete.
Following the success of the US and Japanese leagues that have been running since 2018 and 2020, Capcom is expanding the Street Fighter League Pro in Europe for the third year to include players from the UK, France, Italy, Norway, the Netherlands, Sweden, Belgium, Algeria and Jordan. In addition, all episodes will be streamed live on the Capcom Fighters Twitch Channel for the first time.
Six teams of four will compete in Street Fighter 6 in daily episodes, which will air at the following times:
- First stage - 15 to 19 November, every day at 7pm
- Second stage - 21 to 25 November, every day at 7pm
- Finals - 26 November at 3pm
The teams taking part this year are Ninjas In Pyjamas, Mouz, Aegis, Reason Gaming, Wolves Esports and Guild. The winning team of SFL Pro Europe 2024 will compete against the winning teams of SFL Pro-US 2024 and SFL Pro-Japan 2024 at the Capcom Cup 11 in Japan. A total of $75,000 in prize money will be shared between the winners and finalists of the Street Fighter League Pro Europe 2024 competition.
